Yousef Hashim

I’m a fourth-year Aerospace Engineering student at San Diego State University, graduating May 2027. I’m most interested in guidance, navigation, and control, space propulsion, spacecraft systems, and experimental aerodynamics. My projects span mission design, FEA, wind-tunnel testing, CAD, and hardware integration.

Profile

Designing, analyzing, and testing aerospace systems.

I’m a fourth-year Aerospace Engineering student at San Diego State University graduating May 2027, with a growing focus on GNC, space propulsion, spacecraft systems, and experimental aerodynamics.

My project work connects mission-level questions to analysis, testing, documentation, and hands-on hardware integration—from Mars mission architecture and FEA to wind-tunnel data reduction, CAD assemblies, and manufacturing support.

I’m looking for internships and entry-level roles where I can help design, analyze, and improve aerospace systems while continuing to build depth in spaceflight and vehicle performance.

Experience

My experience combines student rocketry, engineering analysis, hands-on hardware, and industry CAD work.
